Malaysian Insider reported that Government mulls DNA bank to curb baby dumping.
Is this an effective method???
Dont we have to DNA profile all Malaysian residents first for it to be of any use?
The government should instead allow DNA testing to clear so many pending BC/IC/citizenship cases.
It will do away with so much paperwork to verify if the person claims who he/she is.
DNA test should be allowed at the request of applicants for BC

I am a long suffering Public servant....My frustration is that the civil service is seriously lacking of human intelligence. Will there be anyone capable of mapping out and implementing your idea? I doubt so.
Honestly, we in the civil service are overrun with brainless and clueless idiots that they are even incapable of recognizing a good initiative when it’s clearly and precisely presented to them as you have.
I am sorry to use uncomplimentary expressions to describe my colleagues, but if have been workeing in the civil sector for as long as I have, you will be equally descriptive.
